Govt to build universities in Diplo, Tharparkar and Sakrand, Nawabshah

Asif Ali Zardari – the co-chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party has announced to establish universities in Diplo and Sakrand towns aiming to impart job-oriented quality education to the youth of the respective regions and facilitate them get employment in the national job market.

PPP leader was addressing party leaders of the Larkana division who called on him at Naudero House on Monday.

Mr. Zardari stated that he was continuously fighting for the welfare of people and he would take a sigh of relief only after providing them all of their rights. The youth of Sindh had shown their spirit and determination in every field comprising education for their sheer hard work, he said.

He added that he was very much concerned about the youth of Tharparkar and wanted to provide them with all the opportunities so that they can come forward by paving the way for development and progress in their areas.

Emphasizing the importance of youth, he said, youth is the future of the country and to support them means investing in the bright future of the country.

During his address, he publicized establishing a university in Diplo, Tharparkar district, while a technical varsity in Sakrand, Nawabshah, to give up-to-date and quality education to local youth.

He further added that a technical university was the need of the hour; therefore such an organization of higher learning would be set up in Sakrand, which would give training to the youth in up-to-the-minute technologies and assist them to get employment in the national job market.

Moreover, Asif Ali Zardari said that he was thankful to the friends of Balochistan province who had joined hands with the democratic forces in overpowering the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf gov­ern­ment in a democratic way.

Besides, the leader also discussed with them the condition with regard to local body elections in the province. The PPP office-bearers explained their preparations.
