Shaheen Shah Afridi the Pakistan paceman is being predicted the emerging fast-bowler with the potential to break into “fab four” pacers.
The renowned Indian Cricket analyst Harsha Bhogle believes that there is every chance of him making into fab four lists of blowers, it includes, South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada, India’s Jasprit Bumrah, New Zealand’s Trent Boult and Australia’s Pat Cummins.
The Commentator Bhogle felt that fast bowler has come up the ranks quite quickly in the career.
Moreover, the speedster has jumped from category B to A in PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) centrally contracted players list with Azhar Ali and Babar Azam.
Also, Muhammad Amir the 20 years old left armer has left and Wahab Riaz was not selected for the Bangladesh series.
Bhogle was noticed saying in ICCs digital cricket show, inside out that he likes the most in Shaheed Afridi as he was seen as an amazing left-hander with pace. He said that he was hoping him to stay in form because so many have come and gone but Shaheen Shah Afridi must have longevity because he is so young.
Shaheen has played in all the three formats and currently, he has 86 wickets from 39 matches with seven four-wicket hauls. He came on the front in 2018 Under 19 World Cup in New Zealand and then he made his first appearance for the national side in the same year.
