Following SOPs will be a must when industries open to work in Punjab

The coronavirus pandemic situation in the country is getting milder with each passing day. During the last 24 hours, only 17 cases of death have been reported in the whole country. The decision of reopening the businesses by the government of Punjab seems most appropriate as the condition of unemployment was going to get more alarming.

During the coming weekend, Prime Minister Imran Khan will also preside a meeting related to the COVID-19 in the country. In the meeting, the decision of the opening of metro-bus, marriage halls, and educational institutions is likely to be done. The government has expressed the satisfaction over the people’s following of SOPs on the eve of Eidul Azha and this month will be the month of completely lifting the restrictions imposed due to coronavirus.

The role of police, Pak army, and district management cannot be neglected in mitigating the dangers of coronavirus not only in Punjab rather in the whole country. Therefore, it will not be out of place to mention here that Pakistan is in those 4 countries including Germany which repelled the attack of coronavirus successfully in a limited period defying all expectations.
