Apple’s New Over-Ear ‘AirPods Max’ Headphones Cost $549

Apart from AirPods and AirPods Pro, Apple introduces its first over-ear headphones in its AirPods lineup named AirPods Max.

The newly revealed AirPods Max is priced at $549 and the wireless headphones main feature is active noise cancellation. With the introduction of active noise cancellation in its new AirPods, Apple is now competing directly with Bose 700 wireless headphones and Sony’s WH-1000XM4 wireless headphones.-headphones with mic and other useful features are essential in choosing your gadget. Apple has started the pre-orders for AirPods Max wireless noise cancelation headphones and they’ll ship on December 15.

Apple AirPods comes in silver, space gray, pink, green and sky blue color. The company labeled the headphone as ‘Smart Case’ as it is easily foldable and can be stored in a case. Apple is confident the device will be having 20 hours of battery life.

AirPods Max is powered by Apple’s H1 chip along with 10 audio cores. Active noise cancellation, spatial audio, transparency mode, adaptive EQ and many more features can be seen in newly released wireless headphones.

The material used to form the headband is made of stainless steel which is the main reason behind its high cost. The ear cushion is equipped with memory foam. The top of the band is a flexible mesh.

There is an Apple Watch digital crown, which permits you to fine-tune the volume, skip tracks and many essential things. In the inner part of Apple’s AirPods Max, the device is having 40-mm dynamic drivers. Which are linked with computational audio and a dual neodymium ring magnet motor.

In order to tackle the active noise cancellation, AirPods Max uses three outward-facing microphones on each ear cup.

While pairing the headphones with an iPhone or iPad, the company is using gyroscope and accelerometer in both of its devices in order to compare motion data and deliver sound in 5.1, 7.1 and Dolby Atmos.

While removing or disconnecting the wireless headphone the music will automatically stop.
